+20 110 456 0160Open the app, search for cars by location or category, select your preferred vehicle, choose your dates and times, add any extras or protection options, and tap Confirm. You'll receive a booking confirmation immediately.
You'll need a valid driver's license and a government-issued ID. You can upload your driver's license directly in the app. Some hosts may have additional requirements based on the vehicle type.
Cancellation terms depend on the booking rate you selected. The Refundable rate allows free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. The Non-Refundable rate offers a lower price but cannot be refunded after booking. You can see the full policy on each car's detail page before confirming.
Tap "Become a Host" in the app's More menu. Complete the owner registration and verification, then follow the listing wizard: add car details, photos, description, pricing, availability, and rules. Your listing goes live once approved.
Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet after each completed trip. You can request a payout to your bank account at any time from the Wallet section in the More menu.
Ridey offers multiple protection plans, including Insurance via Travelers. You can select your preferred plan during checkout. Each plan differs in coverage and cost — details are displayed before you confirm your booking.
Both renters and hosts are encouraged to photograph the car before and after each trip using the in-app Trip Photos feature. Any damage claims should be reported through the app immediately after the trip. Your selected protection plan will determine coverage.
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car on Ridey. Renters between 21–25 may be subject to a Young Driver Fee, which will be shown during checkout.
Once your booking is confirmed, you can message your host directly through the in-app chat in the Inbox tab. Hosts typically respond within a few hours.
