1 القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك لمنصة رايدي (الموقع الإلكتروني أو التطبيق)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.

2 وصف الخدمة

رايدي منصة إلكترونية تربط بين أصحاب السيارات والمستأجرين في مصر. نحن نوفر بنية تحتية تقنية لتسهيل عملية التأجير، ولا نُعدّ طرفًا في العقد المبرم بين المالك والمستأجر.

3 شروط التسجيل

• يجب أن يكون عمرك 21 عامًا أو أكثر للتسجيل كمستأجر.
• يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة وحديثة عند إنشاء الحساب.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك.
• لا يجوز إنشاء أكثر من حساب واحد لكل شخص.

4 شروط الحجز والإلغاء

يُعدّ الحجز مؤكدًا فور اكتمال عملية الدفع. سياسة الإلغاء:

• الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة أو أكثر من موعد الاستلام: استرداد كامل.
• الإلغاء قبل أقل من 48 ساعة: استرداد 50% من قيمة الحجز.
• عدم الحضور في موعد الاستلام: لا يحق الاسترداد.
• يحق لرايدي إلغاء الحجز في حالات استثنائية مع استرداد كامل المبلغ.

5 مسؤوليات المستأجر

• الحفاظ على السيارة وإعادتها بالحالة ذاتها التي استلمها بها.
• الالتزام بقوانين المرور المصرية.
• عدم استخدام السيارة لأغراض غير مشروعة.
• الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حوادث أو أضرار.
• إعادة السيارة في الموعد المحدد، وإلا تُحتسب رسوم تأخير.

6 خطط الحماية والتأمين

تُتيح رايدي خطط حماية اختيارية تُغطي جزءًا من التكاليف في حال الحوادث. لا تُغني هذه الخطط عن التأمين الإلزامي للسيارة. يتحمل المستأجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي أضرار تتجاوز نطاق التغطية.

7 الدفع والرسوم

• تُقبل بطاقات الائتمان والدفع الإلكتروني ومحافظ رايدي.
• الأسعار المعروضة بالجنيه المصري وتشمل الضرائب المقررة.
• رسوم التوصيل والإرجاع تُضاف حسب الخيار المحدد عند الحجز.
• تُحتسب رسوم إضافية عن التأخير بمعدل يومي.

8 حدود المسؤولية

تعمل رايدي كوسيط تقني. لا تتحمل رايدي المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناجمة عن استخدام المنصة أو السيارات المؤجَّرة، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون المصري.

9 الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات المنصة من شعارات وتصاميم ونصوص وبرمجيات هي ملك حصري لشركة رايدي ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يحق نسخ أو استخدام أي منها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

10 التعديلات

تحتفظ رايدي بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الإشعارات داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التعديل يُعدّ قبولًا للشروط الجديدة.

11 القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لأحكام القانون المصري. تختص المحاكم المصرية المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ridey platform (website or app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Description of Service

Ridey is an online platform connecting car owners and renters in Egypt. We provide technical infrastructure to facilitate the rental process and are not a party to the contract between the owner and renter.

3 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old to register as a renter.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Creating more than one account per person is not permitted.

4 Booking & Cancellation Policy

A booking is confirmed upon completion of payment. Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• No-show at pickup time: no refund.
• Ridey reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional cases with a full refund.

5 Renter Responsibilities

• Maintain the vehicle and return it in the same condition it was received.
• Comply with Egyptian traffic laws.
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes.
• Report any accidents or damages immediately.
• Return the vehicle on time; late returns incur additional fees.

6 Protection Plans & Insurance

Ridey offers optional protection plans that cover part of the costs in the event of an accident. These plans do not replace mandatory vehicle insurance. The renter is fully responsible for any damages beyond the coverage scope.

7 Payments & Fees

• Credit cards, electronic payments, and Ridey wallet are accepted.
• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery and return fees are added based on the option selected at booking.
• Late return fees are charged at a daily rate.

8 Limitation of Liability

Ridey operates as a technology intermediary. Ridey is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or rented vehicles, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.

9 Intellectual Property

All platform content including logos, designs, text, and software are the exclusive property of Ridey and protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

10 Modifications

Ridey reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian law. Egyptian courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
